Each pottery piece is a handcrafted one of kind by North Carolina potter, Vanessa Baughman. I use techniques of wheel throwing, hand building or both together. My designs come from the many wonders of nature. The clay I use is medium to high fire clay's in brown and white colors. Most glazes are made at our studio. All the glazes are non-toxic, dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe (preheat with oven) unless labeled with a (lead-glaze) mark. I hope you enjoy each piece with its unique aesthetics, feel, and function.
We transformed our large shed into the pottery studio and gallery, which has always been a dream of mine. We call it the "pottery shed." If you are in the area and would like to stop by, feel free to make an appointment by using theContact page.
Check out theCharitiespage for more information on how we give back with every sale.
Our studio is about 1.5 hours Northeast of Seagrove the pottery mecca of North Carolina.
